In an effort to build a data science community that fosters learning and new connections across our community, the Data Science Initiative and the Hariri Institute for Computing have developed a tool to help you forge connections with attendees at this year's conference.
When you registered for BU Data Science Day (BUDS), a circle unique to your profile was generated and shown on the visualization below. Throughout the day, each time you meet someone new and subsequently fill out the connect form, a line will be drawn between both your circles and their information will be saved to your profile under “My Nexus”.
